The idea of Mrs. Bouquet Flower Arranging Parties came about while I was trying to persuade my husband that we should rent a space for me to open a Tea Shop – a spot where ladies and gents could come and sip the finest teas from around the world in our collection of Royal Doulton cups and saucers. While enjoying our assortment of teas and scones, the patrons would be able to indulge in the fine art of flower arranging and take a beautiful hand-made bouquet home with them. My husband’s response was not what I expected. He said, “It sounds great but do we really need to rent a space for that?” He suggested turning my idea into a Social/Networking Event.
After much research and consideration, Mrs. Bouquet Flower Arranging Parties was born! Needless to say, we love the idea of pairing a flower arranging workshop with friends, cocktails/tea and an effervescent instructor to guide participants in producing a personal floral masterpiece that they can take home and enjoy and show off to others, if you are so inclined. Each arrangement will be unique and every party different. You will learn to replicate some very noteworthy pieces in the presence of friends and soon-to-be-friends.
One of the things I am very passionate about is health and wellness. I believe that play; laughter and experiences with nature are of great importance to health and well-being. Flowers are certainly a part of nature that we can bring into our homes, work and play spaces to uplift and rejuvenate.
